旅遊及體育部長素達婉女士表示，泰國旅遊2025由5個重要策略組成：
第一個策略，為遊客創造互聯出行、安全、便利、乾淨的旅遊體驗。其中包括向更多國家增加免費簽證並延長停留時間、減少退稅手續和排隊時間等；
第二個策略，大力宣傳到達泰國時必須要做的5件事（Must Do in Thai）。即必須體驗的泰拳（Must Beat），必須品嚐的泰國美食（Must Eat），必須感受的泰國文化（Must Seek），必須購買的泰國絲綢製品（Must Buy），必須看的泰國表演（Must See）；

第三個策略，設計連結主要城市和鄰近城市的旅遊線路。鼓勵遊客到泰國各地區旅遊，還有很多城市等待遊客去探索，去開啟新的體驗；
第四個策略，東協樞紐戰略，將泰國旅遊與週邊夥伴國家連為一體。優化基礎設施，鼓勵航空公司集團發行東協遊機票套餐，讓遊客出行互聯互通。打通支付管道，讓遊客消費更方便；
第五個策略，將泰國打造成世界級賽事中心.將世界級賽事帶到泰國，並在舉辦活動期間樹立好國家形象，吸引更多遊客。
