Today (21 October 2026) at 10:00 AM at Parliament, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, gave an interview regarding the case of Ms. Suchada Tsang Thanthap, Bhumjaithai Party MP for Chaiyaphum, accompanying her husband, Mr. Tai Yang Tsang, to meet investigators at the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) to provide information on a shareholding case linked to online gambling websites and scammer networks.

When reporters asked whether he had spoken with MP Idea yet, Mr. Anutin stated that he had not talked to her, but had watched and listened to the updates. He noted that this is a personal matter and that each political office holder has a duty to declare assets and clarify details. This is not something to interfere with or intervene in, as he himself, ministers, and other MPs must also make disclosures.

When asked whether an investigation was conducted regarding links to donations made to the Bhumjaithai Party, Mr. Anutin stated that the party has a treasurer and confirmed there were no irregularities.

When asked further whether this would affect the party's image, Mr. Anutin laughed before replying, “I don't know why you're asking.”
