Today (21 October 2026) at 5:10 PM at Parliament, reporters observed that during the meeting of the Joint Coordinating Committee of the House of Representatives (3-party whip), Mr. Attakorn Sirilatthayakorn, MP for Chachoengsao and spokesperson for the Kla Dharma Party, walked out of the meeting room even though the meeting had not yet concluded.

When asked about Kla Dharma Party's stance on the no-confidence vote under Article 151 regarding whether they would vote to support the government, Mr. Attakorn stated that we are exercising our rights according to what we believe we possess, but we will use them appropriately and in moderation.

As for rumors that after the no-confidence debate, Kla Dharma Party would merge with Bhumjaithai Party, Mr. Attakorn did not answer the question.

When asked further whether Kla Dharma Party would vote in favor of confidence for the government, Mr. Attakorn clarified that there must be discussions within the party first, as per Kla Dharma Party's custom, where important votes always require prior internal consultation.

Regarding the stance of Captain Thamanat Prompow, party-list MP and leader of Kla Dharma Party on this matter, Mr. Attakorn reiterated that they would have to talk, as he had not yet spoken with him.

When asked again if Kla Dharma Party had a deal with Bhumjaithai Party, Mr. Attakorn stated that they had no deal with him, and he rarely talked to senior figures from other parties.

Regarding the likelihood of Kla Dharma Party joining hands with Bhumjaithai Party after the completion of the no-confidence vote, Mr. Attakorn said that he would need to talk to others first, as he could not speak on behalf of the executive committee of Kla Dharma Party.

Nevertheless, Mr. Attakorn confirmed that Kla Dharma Party holds regular meetings, but the meeting to determine their direction before deciding whether to vote in favor of confidence would certainly take place before the final day. As for the location, it could be either at Parliament or at the party headquarters.
