Concerning the dissolution of parliament within 4 months, it will be difficult to establish new laws to further this strategy because the current parliament will expire at the end of October.   As such, current laws must be utilized to their greatest potential.   Crimes that negatively impact the economy are illegal, and current laws and agencies can be used to prevent crime and address these concerns.
