The meeting highlighted the following:
1. The Pheu Thai Party has prepared for an argument on the new government's policy statement, which is scheduled for September 29-30. The party is confident and completely prepared with senior, middle-aged, and new generation members ready to collaborate on topics such as economics, politics, and society. Although the government's term is only 4 months, it seems to be enough time to bear the people's suffering. However, the party has yet to see the official statement provided to Parliament. Once these policies are finished, the Pheu Thai Party intends to examine all policies and provide beneficial suggestions for the new government to execute within four months, as agreed upon by the Bhumjaithai Party and the Prachachon Party.
2. The Pheu Thai Party has prepared its MPs and executive committee to campaign in Sisaket Province's by-election on September 28, 2025. Ms. Paethongtarn, the Pheu Thai Party's leader has been meeting with the party's executive committee to arrange her speeches and promotional activities.
3. Regarding the draft constitutional amendment, the Pheu Thai Party intends to submit it to the Speaker of the House of Representatives on September 25, 2025. The Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA) will have 151 members the first 100 will be elected, 300 will be chosen through national elections and the remaining 51 will be nominated by the House of Representatives, the Cabinet, Senate members, and other associations. The Pheu Thai Party will organize a 27 member drafting committee, including 14 CDA members and 13 political science and legal specialists. The draft Constitutional Drafting Assembly (CDA) will be approved by parliament before it is put to a referendum as the next step.

On the question of whether the People's Party's Constituent Assembly (CDA) is more related to the people, Mr.Danuphorn responded that he has yet to examine the CDA's draft amendment to the constitution. However, as far as he knows there are currently three drafts one each from the Pheu Thai Party, the People's Party and the Bhumjaithai Party. The Pheu Thai Party's Constituent Assembly (CDA) is made up of 300 members elected across the country with 100 chosen. He believes that this is already related to the people. However, he must wait and see the contents of the CDA's proposal to determine how it differs from Pheu Thai.
