Today (3 Feb) 9:30 AM at Government House, Mr. Paradorn Prisnanantakul, Minister attached to the Prime Minister's Office, gave an interview regarding Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul's (Bhumjaithai Party leader) target of 200 parliamentary seats. He stated that all political parties set high targets, citing the Kla Tham Party's (Kla Tham Party) target of 80–90 seats (where Mr. Attakorn Sirilatthayakon, Minister of Tourism and Sports and a key figure in the Kla Tham Party, was standing nearby) and the Prachachon Party's (People's Party) target of 300 seats. Combined, this would exceed 700-800 seats. He concluded that ultimately, the decision rests with the people on February 8th, who will choose which political party to give their vote to.

When asked if the Bhumjaithai Party had conducted any polls, Mr. Paradorn replied that he did not know, as he was in the field and not involved in conducting them. I only have a few points to make to the Election Commission: 1. Regarding requests for approval to use central government funds, more thorough understanding and detailed examination are needed to ensure that the projects address public hardship and are not new projects. 2. The errors that occurred during the advance voting on February 1st must be investigated to determine if there were actual errors or shortcomings. If confirmed, the Election Commission must find measures and guidelines to rectify these errors. I emphasize again that the Election Commission should be cautious, as this is a sensitive issue that could undermine public confidence in the election process.

Regarding the current rumors about some political parties forming a government before the election day, Mr. Paradorn stated that Bhumjaithai has no such plans and has not heard of them. He said to wait for the election results to be released and see which political party the public trusts to lead the government.

Furthermore, when asked about political maneuvering in the area, Mr. Paradorn replied that he has only received so much pressure that his car tires are already flat.
