Today (3 November 2026) at 10:50 AM at the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) Complaint Center, Ms. Panadda Wongphudee, or “Boom Panadda,” President of the Foundation, together with personal attorney Mr. Ekkasit Srisang, or “Lawyer Petch,” met with officers of the Crime Suppression Division to press charges against related individuals following allegations made by “Oil Sri.” Ms. Panadda offered a heartfelt apology to the public and donors, admitting it was her own mistake to over-trust someone close to her, necessitating legal action to recover as much of the foundation’s assets as possible, and affirming that if anything were lacking or flawed, she stands ready to compensate using her personal assets, standing firm in her refusal to back down and determination to fight for what is right.
Regarding the complaint filed by Ms. Oil Sri, Ms. Panadda demonstrated her good faith by stating she is fully prepared to provide statements and present all documentation, confirming she will not run away and will stay to fight for justice as expected, while entrusting Lawyer Petch to handle the legal proceedings moving forward, though acknowledging she had been scolded quite a bit by her lawyer regarding her public statements.

However, when reporters asked about the specific charges being filed, Mr. Ekkasit declined to disclose any details, stating briefly that if he spoke, he would immediately withdraw from the case.
