Today (3 November 2026) at 12:00 PM at the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), Ms. Boonyanuch Saengsri, or “Oil Sri,” owner of Oil Sri & Phong Phueak Legal Advisory Co., Ltd., along with Mr. Thanakarn Noiphitak, Legal Department Director, met with investigators at Sub-Division 4 of the Economic Crime Suppression Division (ECD) to provide additional statements as an attorney-in-fact for victims and hand over further evidence. Ms. Boonyanuch stated that she arrived alone today because some victims began feeling fearful after certain media outlets investigated her workplace, causing donors to worry about privacy and potential impacts on their families. Although she is a private entity capable of taking care of herself and operates in a properly rented office, she requested media outlets to exercise caution regarding deep personal inquiries, as it could affect victims comprising both general citizens and public figures.

Regarding discussions with victims, Ms. Boonyanuch acknowledged that some were too anxious to attend and consulted about withdrawing from proceedings, which she understood, suggesting that victim counts and transfer amounts be left to judicial investigators to avoid affecting the case. Concerning the announcement by Ms. Panadda Wongphudee, or “Boom Panadda,” of her readiness to compensate the foundation with personal assets as much as possible, she viewed it positively as a very good first step. Previously, it was maintained that every baht remained intact, but acknowledging funds left the organization and offering to return them indicates an admission of error; subsequent steps regarding criminal or civil liability must be contested according to legal processes.

When asked about encountering Boom Panadda, Ms. Boonyanuch stated she had no special intention to meet, but if face to face, she remains willing to pay respects and call her “P'Boom” as usual, as long as guilt is not proven 100 percent. Boom’s complaint filing today made it understandable why the public raised questions following events from her silence, meeting her husband, to phone-in interviews, yet what Boom did represents the best first step into the justice system to prove her innocence, with the outcome to be determined at the end.

Regarding Mr. Got Athip stepping forward to take sole responsibility, Ms. Boonyanuch viewed it as practically unlikely for managing an organization of this level, because construction procedures involve multiple steps, contracts, receipts, and progress tracking. Claiming Boom was uninvolved without supporting evidence remains inconclusive, and the matter requires further investigation rather than ending simply because someone takes the blame. She maintains personal doubts until all disputes are resolved and a court judgment is rendered, as each side possesses different information.

Today’s testimony was a scheduled appointment to submit victims’ documents, with donations presumed made around July 2025 for flood relief per advertised objectives; the crucial issue is verifying whether funds were used accordingly and if offenses like public fraud, money laundering, or Computer Crime Act violations apply. Furthermore, regarding news that police plan to summon Chompoo Araya and Bella Ranee for information, Ms. Boonyanuch noted that testimony from celebrities donating in good faith would greatly benefit the case file to ascertain donor intent, though she declined to state whether she provided the actresses’ information to police.

Ms. Boonyanuch affirmed that no authority or individual has pressured or threatened her, and she will fight forward without stepping back, confident that her actions aim to prove the accuracy and transparency of donation utilization, having donated herself due to inability to join field operations. Regarding friction with Ajarn Beer Khon Tuen Tham, it stemmed from differing views on donation values, maintaining that whether millions or 1,000 baht, every amount carries value and deserves equal respect.
