Today (2 March) 9:20 am at the Election Commission of Thailand (ECT), Mr. Mongkolkitt Suksintharanon, former secretary-general of the New Alternative Party, submitted his resignation to the ECT after being temporarily suspended from duty by the party leader.

Following the submission of the letter, Mr. Mongkolkitt told the media that he and other former MPs officially resigned from the New Alternative Party. He stated that he is now independent and not involved with the party's executive committee or the party leader. Therefore, from this date onward, he is completely independent. While in the party, he performed his duties fully, including during the period when the party leader was ill and in the ICU. However, after the election, the party leader's behavior changed drastically. The party leader has joined the government, and we must follow the government's orders. If, for example, they ordered me not to pursue justice regarding the "dinosaur votes," the "four husbands" votes, or the "space" votes, I couldn't do it. The people voted for me in large numbers. Even though I only received 160,000 votes, I believe I received many more. Therefore, I cannot betray the votes the people gave me on Election Day, February 8th.
Mr. Mongkolkitt further stated that he has no objection to the court's decision. He will leave it to the Administrative Court and the Constitutional Court to decide on both the barcode issue and the incomplete polling stations. Regarding overseas voting, it depends on the Administrative Court's ruling. He expects a decision within 2-3 months, and everything will be resolved by the court. He will accept whatever the decision is to avoid destroying the dreams and hopes of the people who voted for him. Therefore, he needs to continue in politics. On Wednesday, March 4th, he will register a new political party called "Kao Laam Party" (Progressive Party). He will register 15 names and then open a central account to raise funds for the party's establishment. The Organic Act on Political Parties stipulates that a party must have at least 500 members, each contributing at least 1,000 baht and not exceeding 50,000 baht, for a total contribution of at least 1 million baht.
Mr. Mongkolkitt further stated that he will raise funds for approximately 10 days to reach the required amount. Following this, he will hold a general meeting where he will personally lead the party, along with representatives from each district in all 77 provinces. He intends to field candidates for all parliamentary seats in future elections, both in constituency and party-list systems. He affirms that the party will not engage in vote buying and will continue to pursue its existing policies, such as the "reviving dinosaurs" policy, the "lengthening of genitalia" policy, the "women can have four husbands" policy, the "space" policy, the "increasing childbirth" policy, and the "owning Manchester United" policy, among others. He confirms that he will continue all these policies and make them even more innovative.

Mr. Mongkolkitt also mentioned that tomorrow (3 March) will be the first meeting of the "Bangkok Can Fly" group. Anyone wishing to apply for Bangkok Metropolitan Council membership or join the Bangkok Governor campaign team is welcome to do so. Anyone who is a member of the Bangkok Governor's advisory team can apply. Regarding the candidate for Bangkok Governor, discussions are currently underway to determine the most suitable candidate. Any citizen with a bachelor's degree and a Bangkok residency for at least one year can apply under the "Bangkok Flying Team" banner.
Mr. Mongkolkitt reiterated that he will travel to China to visit a company that manufactures flying cars. He intends to import flying cars for Thai citizens if elected Bangkok governor. Regarding the "Drinkable Saen Saep Canal Water" policy, he will utilize the Swiss model for water management. He will subsequently travel to Switzerland to observe their water management practices, confirming that all policies are feasible.
Mr. Mongkolkitt added that if the "Bangkok Flying Team" gains power, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) civil servants will be strengthened through push-ups for both men and women. Furthermore, BMA civil servants, employees, and general staff will be whiter through "White Aura" injections to enhance their appearance. Other policies include improving air quality and developing air transportation, transforming Bangkok into a futuristic city. Finally, there will be the "Gulf of Thailand Pearl Necklace" project, which requires coordination with the government. This includes policies to build flood protection dams for Bangkok.

When asked about the issue of war between Iran, Israel, and the United States, Mr. Mongkolkitt said he urged the government to reserve its stance for now, as he was concerned about the impact on international trade. He also stated that Thailand's military equipment is not as advanced as those countries. Furthermore, he has a policy of building an entertainment complex in Bangkok. If elected Bangkok governor, he would immediately proceed with the construction of an internet complex and allow poker games, creating a small casino exclusively for the very wealthy, those with at least 20 million baht per person, limited to 1,000 people per day in Bangkok. The money earned would be used to help people in Bangkok and to lend to the central government.
When asked if he expected to receive more votes in the next parliamentary election, Mr. Mongkolkitt said that if there is no election fraud, he thinks he will receive at least 10 million votes. He also wants the election to be transparent, showing which political party and MP candidates each citizen chooses, with the results clearly known in real-time updates for clarity.

Regarding the violence in the Middle East, Mr. Mongkolkitt said that a reserved stance is necessary, but that military deployments and the accumulation of dangerous weapons are needed, albeit without public disclosure. He expressed concern about oil, aslong-term oil shortages may arise, necessitating a shift towards electric vehicles.
Concerning his resignation from the New Alternative Party and whether the parting was amicable with the party leader, Mr. Mongkolkitt said he wished the party leader good health, to avoid stress and unrealistic expectations, and to focus on living a healthy life. He also reminded them that the votes that elected him as an MP came from him and the people who appreciated the policies he proposed.
