On November 17, 2025, Bangkok partnered with 15 national agencies to sign an integrated cooperation agreement under the initiative “United in Faith: Quick Big Win,” aiming to accelerate nationwide efforts to combat drug-related problems. Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt and Deputy Prime Minister Sophon Sarum jointly presided over the signing ceremony, emphasizing rapid, coordinated action and measurable results.

The agreement brings together 16 key organizations, including the Office of the Prime Minister, several ministries, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, the Royal Thai Police, ONCB, and public health agencies, to strengthen prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term monitoring of drug users over the next year. The collaboration seeks to reduce the number of drug users and improve the overall effectiveness of drug treatment systems.

The initiative also promotes “White Villages” and the confidential reporting measure known as “Drug Thot Pha Pa,” encouraging communities to report drug-related issues and support continuous rehabilitation. Through a community-based model and the Quick Big Win approach, the project aims to build resilient communities and achieve sustainable, nationwide, drug-free environments.
