Assistance will be divided into two categories: red cases, which require immediate assistance for those in seriously endangered and crucial locations, yellow cases, which involve those stuck in two-story houses without food, drinking water, or other supplies. Coordination will take place with the Forward Operations Center, with the   Director of the Situation acting as the on-site commander.

Paradorn indicated that all government agencies are present in the region. Several armed troops are assisting civilians with evacuation. The   Director of the Situation oversees on-site operations and cooperates with local administrative organizations, local government officials, village headmen, and sub-district heads to speed up aid.

Siripong says that the center would be operating 24 hours a day to gather and filter information across all platforms. He stated that local activities had already begun at the village, sub-district, district, and provincial levels. However, he discovered that information came from lots of ways. The center's role is to aggregate and organize this data to avoid confusion.

SAP NEWS

He noted that the number of volunteers is always increasing. Without effective back-office management, available resources will be concentrated at the local level, where information can only be received via social media or news sources. As a result, the center intends to manage existing back-office resources to ensure thorough distribution throughout the region. After the floods have receded, the center will be in charge of managing information resources in the event that various places require aid, as well as providing information on which areas are still deficient.
