DDPM collaborated with the Department of Provincial Administration (DOPA) to improve the effectiveness of the 1784 emergency hotline. This will communicate with the Songkhla Provincial Operations Center using the Traffy Fondue technology. This ensures that the center gets disaster victim information, assigns on-site teams to give prompt and accurate aid, and tracks the progress of relief efforts in near-real time. The DPA is collaborating with the government's Flood Emergency Operations Center to continuously receive reports and gather information on victims. We boosted our line count to 30 in partnership with the Territorial Defense Volunteers (TDV). We are collaborating with the government's 1111 hotline to accept public reports and requests for assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To date more than 3,500 instances have been reported. This will allow frontline workers to get ready for effective disaster relief and deliver immediate assistance to sufferers.
